Starting and growing a business isn’t easy — especially when you’re doing it on your own. I created The Business PT to be the kind of support I wish I had when I first tried to make something work.
I spent nearly a decade in banking, working closely with high-turnover businesses and new-to-bank clients. I saw first-hand what helped some businesses grow and what held others back. Later, I trained as a barber, hoping to start something for myself — but it never quite worked. I had the drive, but no clear plan, no structure, and no one to keep me on track.
That experience stayed with me. I realised there are so many people in that same position — full of potential, but unsure where to start. So I brought together everything I’d learned from years of planning, coaching, and real-world experience to create The Business PT.
